Tank Base Heating & Lighting Maintenance Services
Scope of Work
Tank base heater services include: preventive maintenance, emergency repair, troubleshooting, overhaul, minor modifications, testing, tools, and reporting.
Repair/replacement of heater with high deviation in current from the reference value, base heater control panel, and preventive maintenance on control panel in all tanks.
Lighting/small power system maintenance works including isolation and de-isolation of lighting circuits.
Maintenance activities as per GASCO approved job plan (such as: visual inspection, cleaning, wiring check and tightening, emergency battery test, distribution boards, junction box maintenance, etc.).
Visual inspection of all lighting.
