Scope of Work
Complete MEP works for 4 buildings of the new management, and auditorium building, design, detailed engineering, testing, installation, and commissioning.
Electrical works – design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, and commissioning (including protection study) of:
Electrical distribution network – 11kV substation (Total 5 MVA).
2 nos. 11/.415kV transformer.
LV panels, cast resin bus ducts, central battery system, and intelligent lighting control system.
Load transfer from existing substation to new substation.
V&D system, HVAC, and fire fighting works.
