EPC & Commissioning Works for ABC+ Control System in Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU)
Scope of Work
Engineering, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning works.
Developed a process control narrative for ABC+ control system by process licensor M/S Jacobs Netherlands.
Development of PFD, P&ID, HAZOP, SIL reviews, and basic detailed engineering data.
3 new online feed forward analysers with online sampling system, including shelter, sampling hardware, and HVAC.
Separate analyser shelter mounted PLC running the ABC+ control logic/system in a purged cabinet with a GPS time synchronization of the PLC with the DCS.
58 new instruments, modification of 19 existing instruments with 9 closed loops and balance 68 open loops.
Establishment of the ABC+ control from the DCS with modifications of the existing ABC logic, in addition to ABC+ controls (Honeywell) and modification of ABB ESD System.
Modification and supply of new fin fan cooler motors with new VFDs with control from DCS. Supply of new UPS.
